These goods are not fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended. I have reported them to trading standards. I sent a recorded delivery letter, doesnt wash, nothing phases them becuase in the long and short of it THEY DO NOT CARE! The warranty is worthless, dont be fooled by it like i was. My boiler is 2 years old and today i have just decided to rip it out. Its broke down 6 times already. It didnt even last 2 months before it broke down the first time. Im DISGUSTED and blazingly ANGRY with Ferroli and i feel totally ripped off.
They want your credit card details before they do anything, thats if you can get through to their RUDE UNHELPFUL customer services. If you get through after half an hours (at least) wait, which you pay for the call for, they fob with off with any rubbish excuse. FORGET THE WARRANTY THEY WANT £130 AN HOUR TO COME OUT JUST TO LOOK! Forget the warranty its costing you money to fix their crap!
The quality of the product is a complete disgrace, i believed it should be of a Satisfactory Quality, To last for the time you would expect it to, and be free of any defects, as it says on the trading standards web page, also, "the supply of goods and services" legislation is in addition to any warranty becuase they are supplying defective equipment... Try and tell them that. THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED, have got your money and you were foolish enough to give it to them. Please please avoid this horrendous company and the legacy of problems they will leave you with.
