We had a Baxi Duotec installed sept 2012...... by April 2013 it had broken down 3 times.
This is a totally unreliable product. We were taken in by the 5 year guarantee and the promise of good aftercare, both sadly lacking. Baxi take 4 days to send out an engineer, again appalling service when you consider this leaves people with no heating or hot water
There is nothing to recommend this product based on our experience. It has never worked for longer than 8 weeks without breaking down!
