Had a boiler for just over to years and a problem with it going off and needing a reset which happens more and more frequently, at the end of winter it seems as though it is a just a frozen condensate pipe which obviously isn't the case since the weather picked up.
After the first service the Carbon Moxoxide reading was sky high so out the can, said it was a supply issue and any more calls outs and i'd be charged. After waiting ages until pay day I had a new pipe fitted direct from the meter to the boiler and the engineer doing it said it had made no difference, out come the service guy again and says the CO is now fine and happy days. Then the 2nd service and CO is sky high again and now they say they're charging for the call out.
