I have had my Platinum for 4 years and have never had a problem with it. It was installed by a reputable company and the system was flushed clean. The water pressure is fine on taps and the shower and it really heats up the radiators quickly in the winter months. I do have it serviced yearly at a very reasonable price and so far there have not been any new parts required or function issues.
I would certainly buy another one but as my one is running well I cant see that being for a number of years yet. I also read the other reviews and cant believe they are talking about the same boiler as I have fitted. Maybe it was the installation that was not done correctly? who knows?

I have the 5 year guarentee and my installer registered it with Baxi for me so I have no issues with that either
