Item: Bob the Builder Remote Control Scrambler
My 4 year old loved his Scrambler but unfortunately one of the front wheels broke off his first one when accidently dropped. The second one we bought had a broken front wheel when we took it out of it's box! Much disappointment as you can imagine! It does appear to be a design fault but otherwise it's a great toy. Shame ...

The shop that I bought it from refuses to accept that it was a manufacturers design fault and claims that a remote control car is not designed to bump into things. It is clearly a design fault and the product is unfit for its purpose - use by a 4 year old

I bought this toy for my son for his birthday. He hasn't put it down since, every morning he makes a bee-line for his toy box and this is the first toy he plays with. I must admit though, he is a huge Bob fan which does influence his opinion as he has lots of construction toys that are just as good but this one always takes ...
