I have to leave Bertie at Rose Tree Farm kennels when I am ill and need to go into hospital. He is always excited when we get there, so I know he has had good experiences in the past. I always telephone to ask how he is getting on and the staff always know who I am referring to. His weight is monitored during his stay, and he is given the prescription diet I take with him. He is alwys bathed prior to collection and is groomed - much to his disgust! The staff seem to be very kind and caring and I am confident that Bertie is well looked after. The only thing that causes me anxiety is cold weather, as Bertie is used to sitting by the fire with me and obviously he has access to his individual run at the kennels, so the door is open during the day. That's just me being over concerned, as Bertie shows only excitement as I drive through the gates of Rose Tree Farm Kennels. Thanks to all for looking after him.
