We had booked in 2 cats in September 2019 for boarding in July 2020. One elderly cat died and we informed the person I dealt with and he moved the deposit over to the other cat. Unfortunately the other cat was put to sleep because of an infection that attacked all her organs. Both cats were adopted from cats protection because we help vulnerable cats. When I asked for the deposit back he refused, but if you ask him on the phone he says that In those circumstances he would refund the deposit.

This place is amazing! They really care about the cats in their care... Even have me a photo of my little girl cat enjoying her holiday! Thoroughly recommend them!
