No concerns with my dog when I picked him up,however the male owners attitude was appalling!! Some confusion over opening times, we were accused of breaking in to premises to drop our pet off even though we offered to bring him back an hour later when they were open. Our holiday was spoiled as we worried that his foul mood would rub off on our pet. (He didn't even look at him)!! That said the kennels were clean. Would never return.

I do apologize if our opening times are unclear. We do our best to make these available by having them on our website, brouchures, telephone answering machine and on the very gates in question. I would add i think i was very accomadating in taking in the said pet when we were closed, also if you found me that bad I don't think i would of handed my beloved pet over and gone off on holiday.
