I have been using great oak for over 12 years now all my dogs are always happy to go there and I have never had any problems what so ever .They make a great team and don't see your pet as a cash cow for the business but as the animal you love and they treat all there animals with love and compassion. I have seen the bad reviews about these kennels and all I can say is I find them hard to believe I have personally recomended these kennels to of 5 of my friends over the years and they all have and still do continue to use the kennels so I have to wonder if the bad reviews are true of just an attempt to harm the business??? But as I say I can only speak from my experiences and that of my friends
