“There only downfall is communication”

I ordered a vertical blind for my mom it took 3 weeks to be delivered which I thought was quite good for a made to measure blind, my only criticism would be I had no e-mail to say my order had been received and I e-mailed to ask if they had an estimated delivery day and had no reply, but the blind arrived the day after and it is excellent quality fits perfect and had a good set of instruction.the communication problems wouldnt put me off ordering again because the quality and price were brilliant.
