Ordered wave curtains which were lovely and well made. Track let them down. Cheaply made and silver screws instead of white to match the track. Plugs and screw didn’t fit well

“poor customer care, late delivery.”

blinds delivered 3 days late. wand control that adjusts blinds keeps falling off. did not get back to me when i phoned to ask about late delivery. wished i should have read these reviews before i bought blinds from web blinds.will not recocmend or buy from this company again. as for the quality blind looks like paper strips hanging in the window

“Very Poor Delivery”

Have ordered Web Blinds loads of times. Their product is good but delivery is so poor. Give times and dates but never show on right day or at given time. You can waste days on end expecting them to show up. But they never do.

“Wooden blind arrived with one different coloured slat...”

OMG - Customer Service and Quality Control really disappointing - wouldn't use again and wouldn't recommend! We've just complained about a large wooden blind of over £100 we've just had made and upon fixing it up have noticed one slat is completely a different colour to the rest of the blind! How on earth did that get through their checks/quality control??? Real shame their customer service empathy is rubbish when really they need to offer better understanding of the inconvenience and disappointment it's causing customers and a better discount/compensation for the hassle. This is the second order fault (their errors) we've had with this company too, so after giving them benefit of the doubt first time around we def now won't ever use them again. Sort it out Web-Blinds and read some of the awful reviews your company has on here!

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

I couldn't agree more with a previous reviewer! This company is simply awful. I had a similar experience. I ordered a set of blinds, they arrived on time and in good order, but they were not the colour I ordered. Similar yo previous reviewer I'm being told tough. Terms and conditions are being quoted to say goods may have a minor or immaterial difference to those displayed on the site, but to order one product colour and have a product colour delivered that isn't even advertised on their site and still be told tough is a bit galling. I wonder how many people are out there with wasted money on goods that are not fit for purpose but don't seem to be able to get through to this company. This is my second experience of this company and one that will never be repeated! PLEASE take your money elsewhere!

“do not use web blinds”

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, i ordered blinds from them for a skylight window using the code as instructed, when they arrived they didnt fit the window so i phoned them up expecting they would say send them back but no i got told TOUGH! The code system isnt explained properly and not im £131 out of pocket with 2 blinds i may as well throw away. RUBBISH COMPANY

“Exact”

Beware exact box you have to tick when placing order does not mean exact I'm told by an unfriendly customer service so my blinds are too short .I've ordered exact before and got exactly what I've ordered not this time but reading reviews looks like it happens too others. Won't be ordering again.

“Terrible service”

Having ordered exact size blinds they turned up shorter than I ordered. After phoning them they agreed to replace them but unfortunately they sent out the same size as they wrong ones I had first time around. I phoned them again in dis-belief but this time I got the run around for a week and a half. This time they were not the slightest bit interested in a resolve. I would never buy from them again nor would I recommend them to anybody. the product I received is "not fit for purpose". I would have liked to have known before I purchased that if you order and pay for an exact size blind from this company it doesn't mean you get an exact size. If I were you reading this, go to a local company that you can rely on. This company is no good and their customer service is appalling. They won't take your complaint seriously just fob you off . You may think their products are good value but you get what you pay for. Avoid at all costs ...........the funny thing is I have 12 more blinds to get for my conservatory , Will I buy them from Web Blinds ..............Not a chance!

“Apling service”

I ordered 4 blinds, 2 of which were broken, which was only apparent after spending time and money installing. The service I've received since trying to resolve has been nothing short of appalling. I wish I'd never used this company. Despite asking repeatedly to talk to a manager they refuse. Would not recommends.

“Shocking Incompetent Service”

Ordered a blind specifically on express delivery to arrive before weekend. Web-blinds (aka Hilary's Blinds) called to say that colour was out of stock and did I want an alternative. Asked if they could email as I would talk to my wife first. They emailed advising to call or respond by email. I responded with an email requesting a change of colour within 45 minutes. No response so emailed the next day. No response again so called the next day to be told that emails are answered 24 to 48 hours later and factory has closed so no blind for the weekend.

“Dreadful vertical nlimds”

Customer services were evasive, lied to me about materials supplied by saying that I had ordered blackout blinds when I had ordered vertical blinds. Rubbish firm DONT GO THERE. After 9 months, yes thats NINE MONTHS, My credit card supplier gave up as well as Web blinds .com just kept prevaricating and making stupid unfounded excuses There is nowhere to put nought in the ratings

“Poor After Sales service”

Blinds received with no adjustment made. Would not accept the photos I sent and requested I remove blinds to measure the track.Have bought lots of blinds from this company over the years but will not be placing any further orders.

“Bad customer service”

You judge a company by how well they deal with things if something goes wrong. This company has terrible customer service. I mean really, really bad customer service. I've ordered blinds from them before without a problem, however this blind was badly and incorrectly cut. No problem I thought, they'll just replace it. After loads of chasing, ignored emails, lots of calls they sent out another. That was also wrong. Same thing as before with emails ignored, no one would commit to anything on the phone. I wasn't rude or angry, just annoyed that I had wasted 3 days waiting around for couriers- but they acted like petulant children. I've never had such poor service and I'm a BT customer, so that's saying something!! They will write a little apology note to this, like they do with all bad reviews, but don't be fooled. They really do not care.

I was recommended this site by my daughter. How right she was. Great service,great product, exceedingly prompt delivery. Easy to fit. My order scheduled for delivery Monday 4th, arrived at 1.15. on Friday 1st. By 4.15 both blinds fitted and fully functional. Might have got them fitted quicker but then I am 85yrs old.

I had a quote about 7 years ago by another company for vertical blinds to be fitted to my square bay window and because they wanted over £300 for just that one window, I decided against it. Recently we came across this web site and decided to give it a go. After ordering the samples (which arrived very quickly along with a 10% discount voucher) we placed an order for vertical blinds for our front bay window and also the spare bedroom. They arrived on the day stated and with the help of the instructions, both were put up very quickly. We were so pleased with them that we then ordered some for the bedroom bay window. These also arrived on the day specified and were up within a short time. We wanted some extra brackets so I had a chat online with customer services who sent them out within days at no extra cost. I now have the whole front of my house decked out with PVC vertical blinds and the most amazing thing is, the whole lot cost us less than £360. I have absolutely no complaints and would definately use Web Blinds again.

“Beware of join in fabric on Roman Blinds!”

I ordered my Roman Blinds and received confirmation that delivery would be soon. I then had a phone call from Web Blinds informing me that the fabric was out of stock and not available unti April. As I needed them for Easter guests I was told I should choose a different fabric or I could cancel the order. I said I would look at other options. They said that would be fine and they would phone in a week to establish if I wanted to cancel and that would be fine with them. The money £250 left my account and the blinds arrived this week with no phone call to check if I had found an alternative or wanted to cancel. I had bought blinds from IKEA until I could find a suitable replacement elsewhere. So I have paid for two sets of blinds. One of the blinds has been joined with fabric at both ends - doesn't look great and I was not informed prior to the making of same. They say it's on their web site that larger blinds maybe joined. That information is not given automatically when you enter your measurements. So buyers beware! You may be offered cancellation if fabric is not available, then they will proceed to take payment without further communication ..... And your blinds may have strips on either side where they have been joined without you being contacted. I complained about the way this whole issue was handled and met with no apology . I would advise all customers to use an a,ternative web site as I have in the past. This company does not deserve your business and don't appreciate it. The product was Cottage Garden.Roman Blind my window is 6ft wide The blind look very nice apart from the joins that spoil the Roman Blind so beware!!

“Vertical Blind Problem”

Pleased initially with the blind, struggled a bit constructing but after contacting web help the problem was resolved. However, I ordered a grey vertical blind that splits in the middle. Problem is the white rod that hangs downs in the middle as the mechanism to open close the blind. Its unsightly and stands out when blinds are open or shut. I contacted Web-Blinds and was told for health & safety they no longer use chains and there is no option or solution to resolve this issue. They do not see it as an issue. All the way through the ordering process there is not one picture that shows this unsightly rod or mentions it will be hanging in the centre of your window. The least I would have expected from The Complaints Team was they would take the comments further to see if there was a solution. I do believe they were avoiding a refund. I was going to purchase blinds for all the windows but thankfully bought one to see the quality. A suggestion - Show the rod on the blinds and highlight to customer before they make the mistake that I did.

“DONT GO TO WEB BLINDS”

i ordered 5 blind all good except the lagest one which was 147 cm wide...it sags in the middle badly and the bottom bar was damaged in transit..it looks very poor up..they have said its normal and nothing can be done about it...UNBELIEVABLE..DONT GO TO THIS FIRM.

I have ordered 6 blinds from Web Blinds. The first 2 were for my kitchen diner and were packaged well and easy to install. I have recently ordered 4 wooden blinds for my lounge which I am delighted with. They were ordered on a Sunday afternoon and I paid express delivery, they arrived with me on the Tuesday. I couldn't be happier they look great and again were so easy to install. I wouldn't use any where else for my blinds and would recommend to everyone. The easy to measure guide is easy to follow and all my blinds have fitted perfectly.
