I order a roller black out blind to measure from this company to see what the standard was like before ordering some for all the bedrooms. But when it came to installing the new blinds in, it became apparent that they hadn't accounted for the width of the mechanism. So I have some bindis that are around 10-15 mm too wide. So what? It doesn't seem like much. Well it fits the inside of the window frame so there's no way the blind can fit without a massive bow in it. I rang web designs... (read more)

Blinds were delivered on the estimated delivery date that was quoted when I placed my order. I had ordered the free samples of some of the fabrics to see how they would look in the room before I ordered the blind, I would definitely recommend doing this as its hard to get a feel for exactly what the fabric looks like from pictures on the site. I watched their online video on how to measure everything correctly, did everything right and the blind they sent me is not the width I requested but it falls into an 'acceptable' level so now I have about 1/4 of a cm either side of the blind that lets light in (sound very small but is enough to ruin a bedroom 'blackout' blind). Why ask me to put the exact width of blind the I want and send me something close but not exact They have all but told me to F- off. Will never return and... (read more)

Ordered 8 blinds from these 12 months ago. Not all arrived, voice mail saying "had been shipped to wrong depot....sorry" Sent the whole lot back! and demanded a refund, which they paid after a long chat with a rude lady on the phone. Have re-ordered 12 blinds, have a guess what?....voice mail saying "had been shipped to wrong depot....sorry" nice blinds, fit well and cheap cost. I ordered 4 recess blinds. All came too short for side wall fitting. Customer services just stone walled me. Also on reading the last reviewer on here I am also appalled that their 08 phone number is premium rate. So they charge you for their bulls** t! I even invited them to come to my house and check that not only were the blinds shorter than requested it was impossible to fit them to the side walls. Also fixing screws very poor quality, two broken which then took hours to try and extract... (read more)

When I rang them I didn't realise I was ringing a premium rate telephone number from my mobile so I paid £4.92 for a 14 minute call to order a blind. "Can you hold?" they said.
