Bought the luxury wide slat wooden blinds in Cornish & Dorset cream. We went for the wider slat & pearl tape thinking they would look more expensive, but they don't. It looks as though I am looking out of prison windows with bars! The off cream/yellow colour of the tape is shocking compared to the light blind slats, it looks as though they we smoke & they have been discoloured by nicotine! “Great value, easy to install, execellent shipping”

Have now covered the main part of my conservatory and the blinds look really good and work well. Very easy to install, only a few screws to tighten up to make the frame, and then squeeze the clips under the rubber gaskets of the window,and clip in. I used a little washing up liquid on the clips. My windows are large so they give you 6 clips (3 per side) instead of 2 for smaller windows (my house windows have 2 per side). “Poor customer service”

Had my blinds delivered today however they sent the wrong fixing brackets meaning the blinds can't be installed. Rang them and they refused to send the brackets with the next day courier they used for the blinds instead opting for regular post which over the bank holiday is going to take almost a week. I appreciate if I had made the mistake I couldn't complain however after spending £240 on blinds I expect them to come with the correct parts. “If this is the best you can do why bother?”

I supplied correct measurement they altered them and the blind was too narrow and looked dreadful. Web blinds excuse was that they make them small because if they are too big they will not fit. If I wanted correct size I should have added 1cm onto the length I feel this is unacceptable as I was able to measure accurately they should follow the specification and make them the correct length. I liked the ease of ordering online. Good choice of colours. Reasonable price. I had high expectations. I can't accept that alterations were not possible, although I ordered it the day before because it was in manufacturing. It took 7 days to make so I don't buy that at all. I now have blind which won't fit. I won't be using them again. They also used city link courier who unlike DPD who are excellent, to deliver it and I had to stay in all day. “Delighted every time”

We have been using web blinds now for about 8 years. We usually have horizontal blinds but this time went for a shutter for the bathroom. I was worried about taking the measurements but after speaking to their advisor I felt better about it. The shutter arrived today and went in quite easily although the lining up of the shutters in the frame was a bit fiddly. I ordered a blind from Web-Blinds and straight away there was issues. I contacted Web-Blinds regarding this and no one got back to me, I had to keep contacting them for any response. The blinds was collected but again no one got back to me so I had to contact them and still the issues was not sorted out. “multiple purchases over several years. perfect every time”

purchases blinds from web-blinds several times since first order in 2009. As house was done, used web-blinds each time. now, it was time for a total revamp, so my order was almost identical to one 5 years ago. The blinds were actually still fine, but Mrs wanted new ones with a newly decorated upstairs (downstairs to follow) so the blinds had to be replaced and a new colour. I ordered a vertical blind that arrived on a day that I had requested. Unfortunately when of the louvres had come apart at the bottom during transit, I contacted Web blinds the next working day to explain the situation and the next day a replacement has arrived. We received our blinds within 2 weeks after placing our order and we live in Holland, so no complaints. The blinds are beautifull, we ordered for our bathroom and bedroom the same and our daugther also placed an order for her house. “POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE”

Apparently when you enter the exact measurements of the blind you want to fit on the outside of a window, you need to add a certain number of centimetres to include their fittings. This is so unclear, you have to click on a link to a 2 page document, whereupon you will find this measurement at the end of page 2. I complained that my blind was narrower than I had ordered. “Shockingly poor quality, overpriced as result”

Ordered roman blinds which arrived with extreme damage to boxes - water damage at both ends, big rip in middle - blinds filthy on the inside (plastic sheeting not sealed inside). Delivery driver behaved like this was the norm. Fittings missing which were replaced via second class post even though there was massive need to get project finished. After ordering a new blind from a different supplier, which was just terrible, we promptly returned it and had a refund. We then searched for web blinds to see if they could provide a roman blind and wooden Venetian blind for our newly decorated bedroom. “Nice blind, terrible customer service.”

Truly awful service. First they "forgot" to send the head rail, so delayed things by days as we had to wait for it to be resent. Then they "forgot" to send an Allen key with the instructions. So now we are having to wait two weeks for it! To top it all; the customer service guy turned round and just blamed the courier...not helpful to us. Didn't even apologise. Poor service. “Buy from somewhere else”

I wont share the full story of my purchase because I am still trying to get my order delivered and dont want to jeopardise that. However do not believe the delivery timescales given when ordering. “Do not buy from this company!!!”

Ordered 2 sets of blinds made to measure. Paid express delivery items arrived. Only half the order turned up. Contacted web blinds sent out the other half of the order. “Took my money but have no history of my order”

I placed an order on 24th October 2013. After a week and a half I had not heard anything so emailed them to check when I could expect my blind. They told me they have no history of my order.
