“Poor Customer Service”

I ordered a blind from Web-Blinds and straight away there was issues. I contacted Web-Blinds regarding this and no one got back to me, I had to keep contacting them for any response. The blinds was collected but again no one got back to me so I had to contact them and still the issues was not sorted out. The customer service is very poor, rather than take any responsibility and apologise they just blamed the customer and would not listen to the problem, they just skirted around this. “multiple purchases over several years. perfect every time”

purchases blinds from web-blinds several times since first order in 2009. As house was done, used web-blinds each time. now, it was time for a total revamp, so my order was almost identical to one 5 years ago. The blinds were actually still fine, but Mrs wanted new ones with a newly decorated upstairs (downstairs to follow) so the blinds had to be replaced and a new colour. “Excellent customer service”

I ordered a vertical blind that arrived on a day that I had requested. Unfortunately when of the louvres had come apart at the bottom during transit, I contacted Web blinds the next working day to explain the situation and the next day a replacement has arrived. We received our blinds within 2 weeks after placing our order and we live in Holland, so no complaints. The blinds are beautifull, we ordered for our bathroom and bedroom the same and our daugther also placed an order for her house. “POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE”

Apparently when you enter the exact measurements of the blind you want to fit on the outside of a window, you need to add a certain number of centimetres to include their fittings. This is so unclear, you have to click on a link to a 2 page document, whereupon you will find this measurement at the end of page 2. I complained that my blind was narrower than I had ordered. “Shockingly poor quality, overpriced as result”

Ordered roman blinds which arrived with extreme damage to boxes - water damage at both ends, big rip in middle - blinds filthy on the inside (plastic sheeting not sealed inside). Delivery driver behaved like this was the norm. Fittings missing which were replaced via second class post even though there was massive need to get project finished. Blinds only stay up if you tie them to a cleat instead of a ratchet system (like most other similarly priced blinds). Really poor quality - material… Read Full Review

“Fantastic ”

After ordering a new blind from a different supplier, which was just terrible, we promptly returned it and had a refund. We then searched for web blinds to see if they could provide a roman blind and wooden Venetian blind for our newly decorated bedroom. “Nice blind, terrible customer service.”

Truly awful service. First they "forgot" to send the head rail, so delayed things by days as we had to wait for it to be resent. Then they "forgot" to send an Allen key with the instructions. So now we are having to wait two weeks for it! To top it all; the customer service guy turned round and just blamed the courier...not helpful to us. Didn't even apologise. Poor service. “Buy from somewhere else”

I wont share the full story of my purchase because I am still trying to get my order delivered and dont want to jeopardise that. However do not believe the delivery timescales given when ordering. “Do not buy from this company!!!”

Ordered 2 sets of blinds made to measure. Paid express delivery items arrived. Only half the order turned up. Contacted web blinds sent out the other half of the order. Parcel was delivered with half the parts missing still. Never ever again would i buy blinds from web blinds. Poor service. Still no blinds up as havent a complete set. “Took my money but have no history of my order”

I placed an order on 24th October 2013. After a week and a half I had not heard anything so emailed them to check when I could expect my blind. They told me they have no history of my order. However, they debited £195.00 the day after I placed the order. I have emailed and phoned and customer service is appalling. I asked how they could take the money if no order exists on their system. i ordered a Hilary's blind in the sale. Well what can I say ? I was led by reviews and couldn't really see what it was like on the web site. I ordered a stripy grey, black and silver roller blind. Well it arrived within the week and I'm blown away by its quality. Excellent Value for money. the 'blackout' blind is exactly that.. great quality fabric. Ordered £300+ worth of blinds on 23rd October and paid extra for Express delivery on 24th October. It all shows up nicely on my order page - what I've ordered and the delivery date - 24th October. However by 1.45 on the 24th it still says processing and no indication of delivery time. “Warning”

I ordered three blinds. Each one did not have an allen key enclosed with the packing despite it being on the packing list. As a result it was not possible to adjust the length of the blind operation cords. This is required as the cords are supplied as full length even though the blinds were made to supplied recess measurements. Web-blinds is not what they say it is, i have ordered and paid for a vertical blind when it arrive the rail was difficult to open.
We send an email about the problem, we then decided to phone them speaking to a lady who asked us to reorder before she return our money.
I did exactly what she said. We have just received the new parcel which is short of some of the accessories, there is no chain to attach to the weights and no top fix brackets, I regret I did not purchase my blind from Dunelm I would of been better off

I ordered a blind slightly less than 2m width and 64cm length and Web Blinds was unable to interpret the order I submitted three times despite the order confirmation being clear on the measurements required. I took time off work to take receipt of the blind (which on arrival turned out to be 30cm wide). Clearly not a 'perfect fit' every time. Did you order in centrimetres or metres? All orders are in centimetres so it would be 200 x 64, if you ordered 2 they would have sent the minimum width of 30cm.
