I ordered the express delivery and paid an extra £6, I also made a note on the system that if I was not home that the blinds be delivered to a local post office.
I arrived home in the early afternoon and waited for the blinds, a couple of hours later I called web-blinds who told me that I would have to wait till 1730 hrs. As the time came to 1730hrs I phoned again and was told that they had already been delivered to my local post office. I complained to web-blinds that the post office was now closed, had they had told me earlier I could have gone to pick the blinds up, also no one left a note to say that no one was home so the blinds had been delivered to the post office. I asked for my £6 back but I was told that the blinds had been delivered and web-blinds are not at fault.... they simple shifted the blame on the delivery service...
Extremely poor customer service, I would not recommend web-blinds again
