Absolute joke

We ordered roman blinds with a vertical stripe and when they arrived, where the fabric is attached to the bar at the top, the stripe was not vertical but was slanting, noticeably, to the right. Web-blinds informed us that they would send out replacement blinds and would attach a note to the manufacturer to avoid this fault occurring again.
I have just had the replacement blinds delivered only to discover they have the same fault. This has wasted 3 weeks of my time and we have had empty windows during this time.

I was initially pleased at how quickly the issue had appeared to be resolved but to have the blinds delivered again with the exact same fault shows that the company is not concerned with the quality of their products and obviously there had been no communication between themselves and the manufacturer.

I am currently awaiting a full refund which I am expecting by the end of today.

The quality of their products is disappointing at best.
