I ordered vertical blinds and they arrived exactly when they said, they were easy to fit with clear precise instructions, our measurements were good so consequently they fitted perfectly. In terms of the company and order received we were thrilled and would recommend them. My only concern has nothing to do with the company, we ordered a white vertical blind to fit across our patio door to shut out the very strong afternoon sun and protect the furniture, however, once we shut the blind it has the required effect for protection but becomes a white sheet against the window which is blinding, we would suggest maybe white wasn't the wisest choice for this, maybe the creamier colours would have been better, but that's our fault not theirs.
