We needed a quick and easy solution to fitting curtains to windows as we had guests arriving at our property within two days, however due to the wall construction the securing of a curtain pole would have caused us endless problems. We have two windows with shutters from the California Company and they had supplied temporary blinds to fit while we waiting for the the shutters. We found them so easy to fit and affective that we decided that it would solve our quick and easy solution to having temporary curtains in place before our guests arrived. Once the temporary bind arrived we were able to fit it within minutes.

Only set back was we had ordered three sets and only one had arrived. I did not check the parcel as the size and the weight suggested that all three were in the parcel. If I had I could have informed the California Company straight away and the remaining two would have arrive the next day. There was no delay over the phone and the staff dealt with my misplaced order without any quibble and arranged for the missing two to be sent out straight away arriving a day later than I wanted, but this was my fault if I had checked the parcel!

Overall I am pleased with the service the California Company have provided. No delays over the phone, easy to talk staff who are very helpful, knowledgeable, quick and efficiency.
