Delivery was attempted the day after I ordered the curtain track, but unfortunately I wasn't in. The item was delivered the following day. It was damaged, but the way Terrys Fabrics dealt with this is absolutely exceptional. I was asked to provide photos of the damage which I did and a replacement curtain track was despatched almost immediately. I will definitely be buying from them again. A wonderful buying experience. I found just the curtain pole I needed for an rather awkward 3 sided bay window on the Terrys Curtains website. I ordered it & a return kit on a Sunday afternoon & it was delivered first thing on the following Tuesday morning, in less than the 48 hours indicated. Very prompt service. I bought 3 roman blind kits, they were the cheapest i could find but certainly NOT cheap quality. I had the bought bedding and although i wanted to dress the windows to match i didn't want curtains. So i bought a pair of matching curtains and used the fabric to make the blinds. I had never made roman blinds before but the kit's made them so easy to do.
