Credit where credit's due

Ive been a soft furnisher for 24 years & discovered TERRYS at CHEADLE 6 years ago. The choice, quality & value are second to none, but it's the service I want to commend. I've always used her and send all my clients to her. Her eye for colour, her understanding of what a client wants/needs, plus her exhaustive knowledge of every single fabric in the shop or on the website is a win win for everyone. If she can't get what you want she can find an alternative. If there's a problem she will solve it. I've asked for obscure fittings and she will immediately find one in the corner of a random drawer!
She has a combination of years of experience, a huge talent for fabrics, plus she listens and responds to each client, which is so important, and surprisingly hard to find amongst anyone in the interior design business (and being a woman in a generally female domain also helps!)
I know for a fact my clients go back to TERRYS time and again because they are so happy with the service. Which is good for me, for TERRYS!
