I ordered (not my first order) a voile curtain panel recently but it was damaged (manufacturers fault as packaging totally intact). I immediately informed Terry's Fabrics of the damage and was told to email to them a photo of damage which I duly did. Immediately a replacement curtain was sent to me and arrived the next day. Now that is what I call service!!! Terry's Fabrics have a terrific range of voile curtain panels - much more extensive than local shops
