Comprehensive website, easy to negotiate. Love the effort attributed to getting item details and descriptions absolutely correct. Very much appreciated the efficiency of delivery; my eyelet tape and rings arrived the following day from submitting the order.
Have always taken the easy option when making curtains, by purchasing the gathered style, heading tape but on this occasion wanted a more tailored look. The helpful advice on the website was invaluable in helping to estimate required quantities of tape and rings, so much so that the process of sewing was pleasant, relaxing and satisfying. Stitching the tape on using a zipper foot was simple and the rings clicked into place very easily. The finished effect is just what I wanted and has given me the confidence to abandon the old gathered look :-) Thank you very much.
