My curtain rail order arrived on the appointed day. 0n opening the package I discover that a small bracket was broken. I contacted the customer service department, who answered the phone almost immediately, and was asked to photograph the offending part and email the image to them. What a very simple and effective system. I received a response within the hour giving me a reference number and advising me that the part would be delivered within a few days. It was.
I belive that customer service should not measured when things go right but when things go wrong. In my opinion Terrys Fabrics delivered excellent customer service.
