“Damaged delivery solved”

I ordered a blind to match some border that I bought in a sale so was delighted when I found the blind in the sale on Terry's fabrics. The blind was delivered within 2 days of me ordering it but when I opened the packaging all of the attachments were smashed into tiny pieces. I got in touch via E-mail and was asked to send a photo of the damaged product. I received a really quick response telling me that my blind would be replaced without any problems.
I was really impressed with the speed that everything was dealt with and would happily recommend this site to my friends and family.
