This has been the worse company I have ever delt with. There quick at taking your money of you but when it comes to fitting or fixing the blinds that they were meant to fabricate and install. Big problems. All I can say is I will
Never use this company again. Please stay clear of them. Mr Binnie Carronshore.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review of your experience with Shades Window Blinds.
I have investigated your experience further and note that you placed your order on the 3rd July 2015. Our records indicate that you have asked the company to repair accidental damage to your blinds and that this has been completed in February 2016.
Shades Window Blind provide a standard 12 month warranty on all our products against defects or workmanship. This can be extended to 36 months for a small charge at the time of placing your order. However, we do recognise that accidental damage can happen to goods and we have strived to keep out-of-warranty repair cost to a very minimum. So much so that our £25 call out charge has went without increase for the last 7 years. I note that your repair cost £29.50 in total.
