Bought 3 curtain poles but needed only 2. Tried to return one and was told has to be within 7 days. Because of the public holidays they agreed to give me a refund if I went there today. Drove a round trip of 25 miles and was told they can't as I do not have the till receipt although I presented my credit card receipt. The lady who originally sold us the 3 poles recognised us but was of no help. I am sure they can easily retrieve the sale slip from their computer system if they tried. Never will I visit them again. It would be nice to know that we have to return goods within 7 days. Most stores will allow at least 2 weeks. Should have got them at B
