Generally helpful sales person (Sanjeev). Knowledgeable.
Committed to a delivery date that the bed company couldn’t honour but many telephone calls later it the mattress and bed arrived on time.

Qualit of Divan looks great and found the service from Silent night mattress amazing. I was kept informed via phone and text througout the process and knew the exact delivery date a week before and then the approx time slot on the day.
Couldnt say the same for the bed company. But the delivery drivers were very professional and kept me informed from 3 days before delivery.
