I needed a special custom made blackout blind for my bedroom, but importantly a solution that would give me nearly 100% blackout ! Normal blackout blinds were not enough for me. At present I had a venetian blind with curtains in front, but the issue was that too much light entered my bedroom. Hence after much research I decided to opt for a blackout cassette system by London Window Blinds. This cassette style blind had the advantage that the actual fabric on both sides was inside a channel so preventing most of the ‘light bleed’ into my bedroom. We are very happy with the service provided for our new skylight blinds. They operate with a simple pull-along tab and provide excellent blackout and also look good when pulled or when pushed back.
