I ordered my first blind from Keeleys Blinds after being let down by another supplier. I submitted the recess measurements and my choice in vertical blind and I was so happy when it arrived. The blind fitted perfectly, the quality was fantastic and I am so happy with my purchase. I have went on and ordered a further two this morning. We are a forces family and we move regularly so I didnt want to pay over the odds for the blind, I paid under £40 for a blind of excessive width. I will always be ordering my blinds from here in the future.

I ordered a wooden venetian blind, and I spoke to an advisor on the phone as I was ordering online and was advised I would receive my blind in approximately 5-7 working days. In reality It took a total of 15 working days to be delivered to me, I made numerous phone calls chasing up my blind and was told on several occassions it had been dispatched when it clearly had not been. At other times the delivery company was blamed, when tracking showed they had not even received the package at their depot. Numerous times I was told to email customer services if I had a complaint and they would reply within 24 hours! I was also told the 5-7 working days was 'an approximate estimate', I think 15 working days is rather stretching the word approximate. I spent a total of 5 days waiting in for a delivery after being told 'my blind would probably be delivered today'. Absolutely shocking service, with no regard for customers at all. The delivered blind was actually ok, but will I order from this company again? A resounding NO.

FDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Wish I'd have listened to the reviews I read which were bad. Ordered a blackout blind, standard blind delivered. Delivery paperwork states blackout blind but company denied this. Now stuck with a blind I can't use. They won't refund or exchange and they were very unhelpful on the phone, they said unfortunately that was what I ordered (which it wasn't) Go with someone else. Very efficient company, from the first phone call asking for advice and timescales. They took the blind measurements to check that everything was in stock with the supplier before I ordered, which it was. I then placed the order online and the blinds were received a week later as estimated and packed very well. All in all a very good experience!

I bought my blinds after initially using a competitor (blinds2go) - their prices increased when I went back to reorder so decided to shop around. Found Keeley Blinds were the most competitive in the market. Ordered a sample which matched my white 63mm slatted blinds from another company. Installed today and they're fabulous. Great quality, easy to install.

ordered 6 blinds sized in inches 5 of which were wrongly converted by sales person (a service they claim is faultless ) entering wrong dimensions. This accepted and then later denied. Was basically told tough my problem not interested. Then discovered wrongly converted sizes (which should have all been equal) were in fact all odd lengths. Then offered to remake the differing length blinds but ONLY TO THEIR WRONGLY CONVERTED MEASUREMENTS Customer service Non existent Quality control rubbish Would I buy/recd. them absolutely not They seem to always be offering discounts (they probably need to) quality control and common sense is a missing factor with this company dont risk it Very unhappy ex-customer

The website was very easy to navigate with lots of choice. I ordered a roller blind for a pair of French doors. The instructions for measurements were very easy to follow and resulted in a perfect fit in the recess. The winding mechanism and chain operate really smoothly and the blind looks great. It was a speedy turnaround from ordering to delivery and the item was well packaged. I was delighted not to have to pay a postal premium for living in the Highlands and would recommend this company to anyone wanting a blind. Thanks.

I am not one to write reviews, positive or negative, however I was so happy with this product that I have been moved to change that in this case! I wanted to write and thank you very much for my Venetian blind. I am so happy with it, the fit and quality, the easy of putting up and ease of use, are all excellent. Not to mention the very affordable price and ease of ordering. I ordered and the blind arrive within a week. I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with everything.

I've just received my fourth set of wooden Venetian blinds, and once again I'm delighted ! The service is outstanding. The blinds always fit to perfection and look stunning. I was initially a bit concerned that the quality might not be too good especially given the low prices, but once I received my first set, I was hooked ! They look expensive and very classy. I've recommended several friends, something I'm always a bit wary of in case of a problem, but they've all been equally delighted. All I need now is for Keeleys to send someone round once a week to dust them !

I cannot praise this company too highly - it is indeed very refreshing to have a human handling enquiries and responding quickly - and in English too! My emails were answered efficiently and promptly and my order of three venetian blinds was manufactured and despatched in the time scale quoted. A small amount of damage caused by rough handling during transit was sorted quickly and without question; and without waiting for a response from the carrier. The blinds supplied are well made and were a competitive price. No hesitation in recommending Keeleys Blinds.

We ordered two made to measure blinds in the Cheshire wood range. I was a bit worried about the quality as the price was very reasonable. However they arrived a week later and they look fantastic. I had used the free sample service to choose the best colour match to my existing kitchen cupboards and the blinds are true to the sample colour. I chose string rather than tape and they look very well made and have an excellent finish.

I placed my ordered for the blinds with ease, the sales dept were very helpful and answered questions with a pleasant manner. My only gripe with this company is :- I asked for samples so that i could choose the 'exact colour', i chose the expresso white. I was disappointed when they arrived due to the fact they were not the same white as the sample, this i questioned with the company. The blinds were collected, i had taped the sample onto one of the spare slates so you could clearly see the difference in colour. The blinds arrived back stating they were the correct colour, i had two samples of expresso white both different in colour ! What is the point of sending samples if that is not the colour the customer receives ? In my view it is pointless and my question now is if i were to order more of these blinds in the future would they match with the existing one's.....it seems it is pot luck with regard colour but i must add value for money with regard too price.

I ordered a variety of different blinds, every thing was so easy. I placed my order on line and my blinds arrived promptly and of excellent quality.They look great and were very straight forward to fit with good quality fixtures and fittings.I would highly recommend your services to family and friends.

We ordered 2 blackout blinds for our children's bedrooms. They were great value for money and of excellent quality. We've had them in place for a while now and are really pleased with the results. We would highly recommend Keeleys Blinds for children's blackout blinds.
