Had my latest blind from hillarys we were looking forward to it enhancing the new bay window,but when it was fitted it looked awful it was full of creases so we called customer service a guy came out and steamed the blind didn't make much difference so had him out again this time he took photos of the blind and agreed they didn't look great we then received a letter from Hillarys saying the blinds were alright and working properly yes the blinds work fine but they don't look nice when they are full of creases so sent Hillarys a letter regarding refund or new blind no reply now getting in touch with trading standards.The blinds we originally chose would not fit our window so we had these roman blinds instead waste of money.MrSmith
