This is by far the worst company to buy blinds from. My Mother has just bought a brand new house and thought that this would be perfect for her. However, more than 6 months later, our blinds are still not fitted and the person who did fit them did an awful job. We have been told several times that they are doing the best they can to sort our issue out but NOTHING has been done. We have holes in our walls where the person fitting them have just left it. We had to ask him to leave because it was so bad. He stood on our kitchen counter which almost broke to fit one blind and said nothing about how bad the customer service is at Hillarys. I hate to admit it but he was right. They are all talk and no action. So many promises have been made that haven't been put into action and we are fed up. We simply want our money back but this hasn't even happened. AWFUL!
