Unprofessional behaviour & terrible product

Ordered two Airlight blinds and a pair of full length curtains from Hillary's. The man who was supposed to come and fit them took weeks and weeks to come and fit them because he did not want to come in the evening even though I had been promised an evening appointment.

When they did finally arrive the blinds did not fit properly, were not straight -(he had nothing to level them with) and were different lengths when closed - about 5 to 6 cms different. I made him take them down. The curtains had about 2cm of material above the pole, were all crinkled at the bottom and did not have enough material to fit the window so the light comes in however hard you try to adjust them. They have charged me £400 for these - I do not know if this is the right price as they just quoted me a total for all three products. The response from Hillary's customer service was 'if you do not like the product go to trading standards'. Unbelievable - DO NOT USE Hillary's
