Saleman turned up on time but and was helpful. We then encountered a problem with fixing. He said it was down to the fitters and could possibly be solved and he would send his best fitter to look at the job[ He called fitter and took photos which he sent] so ordered blinds and paid 50% up front. Fitter arrived next morning and suggested that as they could not make blinds to fit we "cut a bit out of the main load bearing beam to the front of our house". Not really an option!!! so we cancelled the order [ this was within 24hours] Not a problem until this point. However, 9 days later we are still waiting for the refund [ money was taken out within 30 secs electronically] so why are we still waiting for it to be paid back. In retrospect I would not have paid 50% of purchase price up front until it was confirmed that blinds could be fitted.
