I ordered shutters, was not told of a 10 week lead in despite telling the representative I needed these to be installed in time for our holiday let business going live within four weeks. She took the deposit. When I found out I was told nothing could be done. Then eventually was offered a refund - in 14 days. Which means my business opening date is further sabotaged as the window coverings budget is in Hilary's pocket not mine. So angry. Misleading, misrepresented, and woman at customer services team rude and defensive. Terrible.
