Dont bother !

Unfortunately I have to award at least one star ..
Hilary's representative came to my house on 28th Jan and measured up for 6 large blinds , so this was a sizeable order . He seemed like a nice chap
When I hadnt heard anything 10 days later I rang Hilary's . They promised to call him and also email him to find out why no quote had materialised.
Still heard nothing a week later so I rang back . Had I really called them ? said the bloke in customer services as he couldnt find a record of my call . When I insisted I had he looked further and said 'Oh yes I called him but he didnt get back to me ' . I asked why he hadnt followed it up , he forgot to . So I asked if he could try him again as I was keen to get their quote . Yes he would .I believe that was on 12th Feb and surprise surprise I've still heard nothing .
Well my order ,which was probably worth nearly £2000 ,is going elsewhere and I won't be troubling Hilarys again
