Disorganised

I was pressured into buying my shutters before the Christmas rush and was told had a 6 week wait. I paid my deposit. Two days before the fitting was due I was called by the fitter saying my shutters have been lost and there is no way of locating them on a weekend. Then got a call 3 days later saying the shutters had been found and they a organised a new fitting date 2-3 weeks after the original date. When it came to paying my outstanding bill, they had got the figure completely wrong from when quoted asking for an extra 150 pounds more. It's taken over a month for hillarys credit control to get in contact with the original advisor who gave me the original quote - they havent managed this yet...its still ongoing...worse still I get calls nearly every day chasing me for the payment and then when I speak to some they state that they are still trying to get in contact with the advisor.

The shutters look worse quality than I expected but they are ok. Ive cancelled all my other orders with them. Plenty of other companies that can provide the same shutters for the same price without all these drama.
