Contacted Hillary's Blinds and had to wait 2 weeks for them to send an agent. I took the day off from work to meet with him within a 3 hour timeslot. After not showing up the agent called me in the evening to reshedule appointment. I declined as, judging by the reviews on several websites, this is the general costumer service Hillary's provide. I rather pay a bit extra to get decent service from a local agent.
