The colour and quality of the blind was totally abysmal and not as per the sample. I was completely mis sold what I agreed to buy in good faith. The reality fails to represent the samples given in a rushed and impatient manner by the salesperson. The integrity of this company is highly questionable and their customer service is abysmal and non existent. They just want your money in exchange for cheap and nasty rubbish. Avoid with a bargpole... The customer is always right.

I contacted Gemini blinds looking for blinds for my bifold doors, i had a home visit for a measure up and quote and I e got to say it was such a professional helpful visit. I went on to order Intu blinds on fitting day there was an issue with the tool required for fitting not being present in the box with the blinds but after calls to the office by the fitter the matter was resolved with my blinds being sorted and fitted the following morning. The fitting didn’t take long the fitter was professional enduring he cleaned up as he went along and showed me how to operate them etc The binds themselves have made such a difference to our doors and look of the room so thank you all

“Avoid! Poor company!”

Waited months for shutters as they are made in China. Company arranged fitting date as said they had received them. Unfortunately they didn’t check inside the boxes which only contained some strips. So after taking day off work and moving furniture etc. they didn’t say they weren’t coming til morning of fitting. Roll on a few weeks later, I rang several times to make sure this time they definitely had items. Unfortunately some slats were damaged so fitter temporarily filled them with wax while they ordered new ones. They got caulke all over shutters, sills and caulked was 1” thick in places and lumpy. Another visit to redo caulke! And when new slats finally came, they couldn’t remember which ones need fixing! USELESS!!! In all we waited about 11 months and still not overly impressed. Will be shopping elsewhere in future.

“Awful service, blinds broke and nobody will fix them”

After paying £2000 for blinds to be fitted they have broken 4 times since and I’ve had to wait MONTHS for anybody to come and fix them. First guy came after waiting two months and was here for 20 mins before saying he needed to come back another day and they would be in touch. They didn’t get back in touch. I contacted Gemini again and was told the guy was fired and they would have to send somebody out to look at the blinds again before they could be fixed. I’ve now waited another 2 months and took the day off work for Gemini’s morning appointment slot which is anytime between 9am-1pm. And nobody turned up. I rang and was told the fitter didn’t realise and he could come at 5pm. Again, nobody turned up. An absolutely awful aftercare service and I would not recommend getting these blinds. They’ve been bad since they were fitted and the company is awful.

After a lot of research, we decided to go with the guys from Gemini Blinds Birkenhead. From the man who came out to measure up & quote, to the person who kept us updated every step of the way upto delivery and the fitter and his co-worker who fitted our blinds. Everything went like clockwork . We are absolutely delighted with the end result and honestly can’t thank them enough. We would not hesitate in recommending this company.

“Terrible. AVOID AVOID AVOID”

Extremely disappointed with the service and standard of product supplied. Have had a considerable number of issues that have not been rectified. Blinds arrived damaged and marks are apparent on almost all of the blinds. Some replacements were ordered however these were also fitted damaged. When the fitter arrived to fit the replacements, he wasn’t even sure which ones they were for. Initially the blinds in the three rooms were not fitted straight and dirty marks were left on newly painted walls. Plaster was damaged during installation and after agreeing an amount to cover this damage they have then refused to pay it. Securing cleats were left broken. I now have substandard and damaged blinds in three rooms and Gemini refuse to acknowledge the issue or do anything further. Totally unsatisfactory. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

“lovely garden awning with led light bar and heater...”

Having had 2 previous quotes for a garden awning,Gemini was the most competitive,but yet did not appear to be compromising on quality. They delivered and fitted the awning in the time specified when I ordered(8 weeks). I was given good advice at each stage of the process by friendly helpful staff who had a good knowledge of the product range,but they also listened to my wishes.There was no pressure from the salesman. I have just had my awning fitted and am delighted with the result. The fitters were most professional and all was done to my complete satisfaction. Looking forward to warm sunny days under the shade of my awning, summer evenings sitting out in the garden with posh lighting and the extra comfort of outdoor economical heater beneath the cover of my awning.

“Disappointing Blinds and Delivery Times”

Very disappointed with the Blinds when they finally arrived. It took 3 weeks and then it was 4 weeks before fitting. The quoted price was further added to for fitting and delivery which is not mentioned on the website. Overall a very bad experience. I will be taking my business somewhere else and would never recommend Gemini to anyone wanting a half decent service and any sort of quality.

“Gave me a quote then trying to charge 10% more”

They give me a quote first, then when I want to make the order, they said they "can't" give me that price and want me to add 10% more. What is the point to give me a quote then not going to hornor it. Total waste of time!

BOUGHT BLINDS FOUND AND CONFIRMED TO BE OF MANUFATURING FAULT TOOK AWAY TO REMAKE SAME ISSUES NOW I AM TOLD NOT MANUFACTURING ISSUE AND CAN NOT HELP ME IN ANY WAY.SO IT WOULD SEEM I HAVE EXPENSIVE BLINDS THAT LOOK LIKE THEY WERE FROM A MARKET STALL.WILL HAVE TO PAY OUT AGAIN FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO PUT RIGHT! NOT GOOD............CHEERS
