We recently moved into a new flat and had to buy some blinds. I decided I wanted to buy from a local company instead of going to a big homeware store - I wish I'd read the reviews of Dream Curtains first. Based on Old Kent Road, we visited their store to choose our blinds On the day of fitting the blinds we'd chosen they turned up 90 minutes late (despite telling them we had an early afternoon appointment), and brought the wrong colour blinds! They went back to replace one set, but not the other. 3 weeks on, and we're still waiting for them to return and fit the bedroom blinds. They were meant to come last Thursday, but called us on the day to say the wrong ones had been delivered, and rescheduled for this evening. I called them at 4pm to remind them, and they said there was nothing in their diary but they'd call me back and never did. Such a shame, and a long way from being dream curtains! Pretty shambolic all round
