When ordering the material I wanted the computer encountered a blip with the system and charged me three times. However, Curtains made simple were excellent. I contacted them via email and the problem was solved immediately. The confirmation email said 7 to 14 working days but my material arrived within a week and the quality is to a high standard and exactly what I ordered at a much cheaper price than I had found in the shops.
I would highly recommend Curtains Made Simple. They are professional, helpful and the customer service is excellent.
The material has now been made up and my curtains and blind looks fab.
