Very helpful lady right from the beginning when we spoke on the telephone for samples. The samples were sent to me here in France in days and were a good size, which is really helpful.
I ordered and payed on line but then found out the fabric I had chosen was out of stock and there was a moment when I thought I may have to ask for a refund!
But they very promptly dealt with the problem and from the moment they had the fabric back in, it took only days before I they were delivered!Well packed and dry, and of such good quality. I think, in part, because of the delay caused by the fabric being out of stock, they offered me lining free of charge!
Very helpful company who dealt with their mistake with integrity. Rare indeed!
