A really Reliable, good value for money, friendly company!

I cannot fault your Company. I ordered a non-velux blackout blind and at first we were really disappointed with it, when we tried to put it up, it did not have any tension in it BUT a call to the person I dealt with soon rectified that. He advised me that it would appear that the cartridge had been damaged in transit (i must admit the packaging was badly damaged when it arrived) and he explained a process to me which may help. In this instance it did not and he said not to worry and re-ordered another one for us. Brilliant service, no quibble, really helpful customer service. The second one arrived, packaging in tact and when we put it up it worked perfectly and looked great!

I will definitely be using Concept Blinds Direct again. When you know a company will give you good customer service why would you go anywhere else. Website was easy to use and understand. Delivery time was as they said. They responded promptly if contacted by email. They were at the end of the phone if you needed them. Really helpful staff.

My advice, give them a try, you won’t be disappointed and their prices are really competitive too!
