Ordered a roman blind about three years ago, and decided to have another to match, but couldn't remember the name of the style. Concept quicly found my original order and were able to make the second blind to match. In the meantime the winding mechanism for the original broke, sent an e-mail to Concept, and recieved a free replacement in the post the next day ! Now that's what I call service. Full marks, would recommend and use them again.
