After wasting 2 Saturdays for a popular blind company to make a home appointment (the sales person failed to turn up both times) we had a reccommendation from my dad, an experienced property developer and used concept blinds for the first time earlier this year for our front room bay window and are delighted with the results.

The prices are considerably cheaper than anywhere else we found, which at first made us a little unsure, but the samples are really useful in showing you the quality and colours available, and at no extra cost left us very confident in making our order - and we're really pleased we did!!

We've since purchased further wooden venetian blinds for the rest of our property - all of which require bespoke orders as none of the windows are standard sizes and we have received no end of compliments on them.

Delivery is swift and blinds come well packaged. The websites instructions on how to measure are really useful and a must read!
