From order to final supply the whole process was professional and straight forward. One of the blinds was delivered with some transit damage but Concept Blinds dealt with matters in a correct and positive way. Such an approach is rare to find and speaks volumes for their integrity and business ethics.
Now that the blinds are fitted they look spectacular and have received many admiring comments.
We will certainly use Concept Blinds again for our needs.
