I ordered three wood effect aluminium measured blinds for my sons flat which arrived within 7 days exactly as ordered. It was a very easy process, the website is well laid out and easy to use and the blinds arrived exactly as measured. Unfortunately one of them was damaged by the courier and was unusable. I contacted Concept Blinds who immediately manufactured a replacement which was delivered very promptly and the damaged one taken back. We are delighted with the quality of the product and with the speed of delivery. In my opinion the quality of a company is really demonstrated in how it deals with faults or errors which in this instance was first class. We have now made a further order for a blind in excess of 2.6 meters which has arrived, is now in place and is perfect. The blinds are very easy to install too.
