Concept Blinds have been fab'. I stupidly ordered the wrong size brackets for our perfect fit blinds, but one phone call to their customer services department and this was sorted out for me without hesitation. They even offered to send me out the new brackets without any extra charge. This is way and above the expected customer service. The new brackets arrived within a couple of days and indeed, fitted perfectly! Fab' blinds, fab' service, can't fault it at all. I have already recommended Concept Blinds to three friends and won't hesitate to recommend to other people in the future. Don't hesitate to order, buy your blinds today.
