I ordered these blinds, and had them within 1 week. They came damaged though, and i don't think it was down to the company, I really do think that it was the delivery men. Anyway, I had to return them, and I contacted the sales team to let them know that they arrived damaged. The sales team were amazing. They remade whatever blinds needed remade, with no complaints, and they arrived back on a speedy delivery. The blinds were so easy to put up, and they are great quality, especially with the range of colours that they come in. I have recommended Concept Blinds Direct to my family and friends, and I know that some of them will be putting in an order soon. A great website, and a great team of people working for them.
