It is so refreshing to get such good service these days, it is normally such a battle to even talk to somebody! So Charles Astor has proved to be the exception to the rule, very helpful advice, no long waits on the phone, questions answered well, samples sent quickly, product arrived on time, looks to be good quality, haven't put the blinds up yet, so will let you know if I have problems, but as it stand can thoroughly recommend this company. The difference these stripey roller blinds have made to what was beginning to look like a very clinical and sterile kitchen is just STUNNING! Great product, good quality, brilliant service and simple fitting instructions. I was apprehensive about providing the online measurements myself, but with the guarantee of a remake I took the chance. The bathroom window has tiles to half the height and so I followed the website instructions to provide the minimum width measurement, that being between the tiles. After having our bathroom tiled in stone it looked really stunning, and we didn't want to put another roller blind in the window recess as the previous ones had been plain and always became stained with mould. However, after finding your site on the internet we were able to choose a mould resistant fabric with a beautiful pattern and add scallops, a pole and braid that looks absolutely stunning and finishes the bathroom off perfectly. Thank you I love my panel blind it has given my lounge a contemporary feel. The measuring instructions on the website were very easy to follow and my blind fits perfectly. The price was excellent, the best I was quoted on or offline. The fitting instructions were ok but we did struggle with the butterfly clips which were really simple to fit once we figured it out so may be this area of the instructions could be made clearer.
