Having put in a made to measure order and being promised delivery within 5 days, we were still waiting 10 days later. Once it arrived the material was extremely substandard and the measurements were incorrect.
We made a complaint about the delay, quality of goods and the inaccuracy of the blind. As we are rightfully due, we requested a refund and to cancel the order. We were then told they wouldn't cancel and despite numerous requests to not proceed with making a new blind, they advised that they were in fact going to make and resend, even though I advised that I wouldn't accept the delivery.
They have now tried to deliver it twice to me. The first time I rejected and told the courier to send back to the company. He then turned up two days later to advise that I had told the company to reschedule the delivery on my behalf!! Not anything that I was aware of!! Once again, I rejected the order and sent back.
I have now put in several calls to the office only to be told that nobody is available to speak with me. I have emailed but again to no avail.
This is a matter of just £40 that I am requesting to be refunded to me and yet Blinds 4 UK are just playing ignorant.
Without doubt, I would not use or recommend this company to anyone. I work in a customer service industry and cannot believe that a company can have such a terrible attitude.
