Two sets of blinds ordered - one requested with drop of 74cm was delivered with drop of 74 inches. Company said usual to have extra material. blind is enormous and looks terrible.

Second blind delivered with wrong headrail - the cheaper one but wont refund the difference.

Takes them 48 hours and longer to reply to each request as there is no phone number. Terrible 'customer service' and take my advice - do NOT use this company as you are left high and dry if there is a problem.
