Prior to placing the order with them, I emailed customer service, to explain exactly what I required. I placed order, they ignored the email, then claimed they have made blinds. I am trying to recover money.
It wouldn't be so bad, if they had any concept customer service at all. All you can do is email them and wait 24 hours for a reply.
I would give them 0 stars, if i could.
Its a real shame as I have used them before and they had been good previously.
